  1. Hi Alyona,

Yes indeed Collagen is a very much needed supplement. I know both myself and my wife regularly take Collagen supplements to help with stiff joints (knees in particular). It helps us to maintain an active lifestyle as we head into middle age.

    1. Hi Julie! Thank you so much for your question! Please check out my previous article ” What Are The Benefits Of Collagen Powder” you can find information about collagen, and the benefits of it. If you will have any more questions, please ask.

  2. Great article and information! I had no idea collagen was helpful in so many ways. I use collangen on my face but have never taken it by mouth. What is the very best for aging skin and hair? Keep the information coming especially for us older folks.

    1. Thank you Paulette for your comment! I’m glad that you found my post helpful! For aging skin and hair i would recommend Type 1 and 3 Collagen Peptides by Natural Force, this collagen is for hair, skin and nails.

  3. So, which collagen powder do you prefer?
I started taking liquid collagen before a knee replacement and have been taking it ever since. I take Vital 3 — you take 3 drops of it in a little liquid first thing in the morning. Do you know anything about Vital 3? I think it’s okay…information on it is good. I do think that taking some kind of collagen supplement can be of great value.

    1. Hi Fran! I’ve tried Natural Force collagen peptides, it’s pretty good and I add it to my morning protein shake or smoothie. Yeah I’ve heard about Vital 3, but I’ve never tried, its supposed to be natural and free of any unwanted side effects.

  4. Hi, thank you for this collagen review. I was just on the look for a collagen product to try. It’s good you included the information that some of these are not approved by FDA. The Forest leaf sound interesting to me. I might be trying this one.
